Even though the summer brings with it great weather, outdoor fun and holidays, sometimes you just can’t beat curling up on the sofa watching your favourite programmes. Luckily, over the coming month, we will see many new releases that should leave viewers engrossed.

This cool legal drama is back in its seventh season and has built up quite the following. Viewers were pleased after the last episode ended with Mike Ross and Harvey Specter planning on working together again, since Mike’s release from prison. We were also treated to a surprise appearance from Jessica who saved the day for Mike. Has she returned for good?

However, the news wasn’t so good for Louis Litt who is still suffering in his rollercoaster personal life. Either way, the new series promises to bring a lot more twists and turns and will be another great watch, with the first episode of the new series airing on July 12 in America.

Friends from College

Do you keep in touch with all your friends from your college days? Did everything turn out how you had planned? This comedy will see a group of Harvard college friends reunite to see exactly what happened with their lives as they approach their 40s.

You can expect a lot of laughs, drugs, partying and alcohol as they let loose with their old buddies. The new series launches on July 14 and is available on Netflix.

Ozark

Staying with Netflix, they will be releasing their own American drama series on July 21, with Ozark. Jason Bateman is a financier from Chicago who has had his life turned upside down. He and his wife are forced to move as they try and pay off a debt to a Mexican drug baron.

However, there are many twists and turns along the way, with the drama taking a dark, moody and gruesome turn in parts. If you’re a fan of Breaking Bad, then this new offering from Netflix may also be for you.

This comedy-drama is back for its third season on July 23 and will be offering viewers more of the same. Fast cars, partying and football, as we follow the lives of the funny double act that is Spencer Strasmore and Joe Krutel as they look to establish themselves as the best in the business when it comes to advising NFL stars.

Yet, after spiralling out of control in the final episode of season two, things will need to change for Spencer. Initially airing on HBO, the new season promises more excitement and entertainment.

Now to the one you’ve all been waiting for. In case you’re one of the few that didn’t know, the popular show is back on July 16 for its seventh and penultimate season. It’s winter time and there is lots to look forward to. Can Cersei keep hold of the Iron Throne? Who will she end up battling first? What will happen to the warriors and wildlings of Westeros?
