How do I make a deposit?

In order to make a deposit, you first need to register a Real Money Account. Log into the software and then click on the Bank button. Choose Deposit from the Main Menu. From there you will see several options for depositing money into your account. Choose the one that suits your needs the best and follow the instructions.

What is the minimum amount I can deposit?

The minimum deposit limit will vary depending on which deposit option is selected and on which currency you are using:
  • USD, GBP, EUR, CHF, CAD, AUD: Minimum ranges from 5 to 20
  • PLN: Minimum ranges from 15 to 70
  • SEK & NOK: Minimum ranges from 25 to 100
  • INR: Minimum ranges from 125 to 500
  • JPY: Minimum ranges from 500 to 2000

This minimum limit does not apply when depositing with a Ukash or PaySafeCard voucher. You may deposit any value voucher.
First time Depositors are now able to deposit a minimum of $1 or the equivalent thereof for SEK, NOK,INR,PLN and JPY currency accounts.

How will my withdrawal be paid to me?

Your withdrawals will as far as possible first be paid back to the same deposit option(s) and account(s) used to deposit. Thereafter, you will be paid to your preferred method of payment, which you are prompted to select when making a withdrawal.

How long will I have to wait for my withdrawal?

This depends on which withdrawal option you select. General time lines are:

Can I reverse my withdrawal?

You can reverse a withdrawal (or portion thereof ) back to your gaming account within 24 hours after you’ve requested your original withdrawal. Simply select the Reverse Withdrawal option in the Banking Menu. Your withdrawal will only be sent to our processing department after the reverse withdrawal period has elapsed.
